EM&V Forum Library

The EM&V Resource Library is intended to meet the goal defined in Section 4 of the Regional EM&V Forum's Three Year plan (Aggregate, Report and Provide Access to State and Regional-level Demand-Side Resource Data), as follows: "To support the development and implementation of state energy and environmental policies that promote or rely on demand-side resources, the Forum will provide ready access (e.g., web-based) to information about state and regional-level demand side resource data (e.g., studies, results and reports). In addition, the Forum will create consistent protocols and formats for data reporting that will allow demand-side resource information (e.g., savings, costs) to be reviewed, compared and aggregated across states."

The Resource Library is a collection of EM&V-related information that is accessible via the Regional EM&V Forum's website, readily available, up to date, and in a user friendly format. The Library is targeted to a wide audience including Forum participants/subscribers, policymakers, regulatory staff, system planners, program administrators, and Forum observers.

Please contact Cecily McChalicher, EM&V Forum Associate, at cmcchalicher@neep.org if you have any questions or comments about the EM&V Resource Library.
