Project Committees & Subcommittees

The EM&V Forum's projects and activities are guided by regionally representative Project Committees.  These committees:

• Inform the development of the Forum project agenda and budgets;

• Review and comment on draft materials; and

• Develop recommendations to the Steering Committee regarding adoption of Forum products.

Members of the Project Committees include energy and air regulatory staff (and supporting evaluation expert consultants), state energy office staff, program administrators (electric and gas), and Forum subscribers through NEEP's Partner Program. The Project Committees are led by co-chairs who guide the Forum decision making process and represent Project Committees' recommendations before the Steering Committee. The Project Committees are supported by specific project subcommittees, whose role is to work with NEEP staff to develop and review draft project materials including scopes of work, requests for proposals and contractor bid review and selection, review draft deliverables, and develop draft recommendations for Project Committee member consideration.
