Education & Information Access
The purpose of the Education and Information Access committee is to ensure that Forum products are publicly available and easily considered; to develop strategies for dissemination of Forum results, recommendations and products; to provide technical support for the use of Forum products; and to protect confidential or market sensitive information.

Education & Information Access activities include:
- EM&V Forum Website. Develop and maintain a dedicated website for Forum projects, communications, and information.
- EM&V Resource Library. Develop and maintain a library of research and evaluation studies, TRMs, and state, regional and national EM&V related policies and activities.
- Forum Annual Public Meeting. Plan and convene an annual meeting open to all interested parties to discuss and share information on the EM&V Forum and emerging EM&V issues.
- Communications. Conduct outreach to build visibility and knowledge of Forum results, recommendations and products, respond to inquiries, and develop and implement the Forum's data and information confidentiality policy.

- Forum Information Access & Confidentiality Policy. This policy and supporting materials were developed to support the Forum's Operational Guidelines at Section 10 (Public Access to Forum Materials and Protection of Confidential Information).

- Annual Public Meeting. The 2011 EM&V Forum Annual Public Meeting will be held in Albany, NY on Wednesday, October 12 at the Holiday Inn Express Albany Downtown. For details about the 2009 and 2010 Annual Public Meetings, please see the Meetings and Events page.
- Evaluation Training Resources. Click here for a list of evaluation training opportunities compiled by the International Energy Program Evaluation Conference.
