Don Vigneau and Susy Jones presented at summer workshops for Boston Society of Architects’ continuing education series on getting deeper savings by setting “beyond code” energy requirements as well as building and maintaining high performance schools in the Northeast. Carolyn Sarno and Susy Jones delivered webcasts on energy efficiency in public buildings, as part of DOE’s technical assistance program for recipients of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant and State Energy Program funding. Ed Londergan helped plan a Weatherization Roundtable sponsored by the Institute for Energy and Sustainability and held in Worcester on Sept. 13. Don Vigneau gave a presentation to the Massachusetts Building Commissioners and Inspectors Association on energy and mechanical code requirements on September 23. NEEP’s Regional EM&V Forum and Policy Team held a workshop called “The Roadmap to Claiming Energy Savings from Building Codes and Appliance Standards” on September 28 in Marlborough, Mass.
