In 2010, Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships will have the opportunity to weigh in on a number of important legislative and regulatory proceedings regarding energy efficiency policy in the states. this document collects some of the key fiscal policy issues, regulatory decisions and legislation in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic that may be significant in changing the regulation and funding for energy efficiency in the region.
