Kevin provides technical guideance to stakeholders across the northeast region – from Maine to Maryland – to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of building energy policies and programs in those states. He also coordinates regional initiatives to promote building energy codes and building energy rating such as leading NEEP’s Energy Codes Leadership Group and managing NEEP's HELIX project. Prior to joining NEEP in 2013, Kevin modeled, tested, and rated high performance homes in New York state. He is a BPI-certified Building Analyst and Envelope Professional and was published in the Journal of Environmental Assessment Policy and Management for his research on applying agent-based modeling and game theory techniques to environmental policy-making. Kevin holds a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Engineering Studies from Lafayette College.

A: I made an [uncredited] appearance in a best-selling graphic novel.
Q: If you could spend one week anywhere in the world, where would it be? Why?
A: I would spend it in the deepest, most remote corners of the ocean because going into space was not provided as an option.
