Christopher D McSween is the Technical Specialist, Codes and Standards professional with nine years of experience as a code enforcement officer, building code official, director of licenses and inspections, project manager, and zoning officer.
Chris leads NEEP’s technical work on codes and standards through mentoring staff and providing technical assistance, resources, and knowledge to various agencies. He obtained a Master’s of Juris Prudence from Widener School of Law in Wilmington, DE in 2016 and is a member of ICC (International Code Council).
