Partnership Tiers
NEEP offers three levels of partnership to meet states where they are and support their evolving needs.
Tier One: Allies Program
Tier One enrolls state partners in NEEP’s Allies Program connecting them with 70+ industry, government, and nonprofit partners. This tier serves as an entry point to deeper engagement and includes:
- Exclusive newsletters and webinars
- Discounted conference sponsorships
- Complimentary registration waivers to NEEP events
Tier Two: Tools & Databases
Tier Two provides access to all benefits associated with Tier One in addition to NEEP’s suite of tools that help states implement policies and programs, including:
- Cold-climate air source heat pump (ccASHP) Product List: Specifications, performance data, and design tools for program development.
- State Appliance Standards Database (SASD): Support for implementing state-level appliance standards.
- Home Energy Labeling Information Exchange (HELIX): Data infrastructure for home energy labeling.
- NEEP staff expertise and assistance with these tools.
Tier Three: Deep Engagement
Tier Three includes all benefits associated with Tiers One and Two and offers the most comprehensive level of services and partnership, including:
- Opportunities to shape NEEP’s annual research and program priorities.
- Direct participation in research initiatives, cohorts, and working groups.
- Custom technical assistance tailored to state specific research, analysis, and program planning and design.
