Over the past year, the New England Heat Pump Accelerator (the Accelerator) has transitioned from program design to implementation, advancing efforts to expand access to high-efficiency heat pumps and heat pump water heaters across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Through distributor incentives, workforce development initiatives, innovation pilots, community grants, and educational resources, the Accelerator is working to make clean heating and cooling technologies more accessible and affordable throughout the region.
