Workforce Development for EV Readiness

Addressing barriers to electric vehicle (EV) adoption begins with understanding the needs of each community.  This webinar will highlight four New England communities that recently conducted transportation and workforce needs assessments. These assessments revealed gaps in local knowledge and workforce readiness for vehicle electrification. Local leaders will share how they are using these findings to tailor training programs and initiatives that directly respond to community priorities, helping to build a skilled and responsive EV workforce.
