As a Manager with the Technology Market Transformation team, Jake works with government, private sector, and nonprofit stakeholders to advance energy efficiency in the built environment. His primary focus areas are heat pumps and building envelope improvements, and he has an extensive background in project management and stakeholder coordination.
Prior to NEEP, Jake worked with the Cadmus Group managing a portfolio of energy efficiency program evaluation and market transformation projects. He has also worked on freight trucking electrification with RMI, utility-scale solar and battery storage development with Strata Clean Energy, and building stock efficiency auditing with the City of Berkeley, CA.
Jake has a B.A. in Environmental Policy from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.P.A. in Energy and Environment from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
