Over the past year, states across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic have been reshaping their energy efficiency portfolios in varied and thoughtful ways—some maintaining the status quo, others adopting distinct new approaches. Simultaneously, these states are designing and beginning to implement IRA Home Energy Rebates, with each state taking a unique approach to these two opportunities.
