M&V2.0 is generally understood as the ability to collect and analyze large volumes of interval meter data by way of many new technologies and software. Measuring and verifying (M&V) energy consumption and energy savings with these tools creates opportunities to support the integrated grid of the future and invites new implementation and evaluation paradigms.
