M&V2.0 is generally understood as the ability to collect and analyze large volumes of interval meter data by way of many new technologies and software. Measuring and verifying (M&V) energy consumption and energy savings with these tools creates opportunities to support the integrated grid of the future and invites new implementation and evaluation paradigms.
This workshop will:
- Discuss where data and tools associated with M&V2.0 fit into the new energy landscape of (integrated) advanced efficiency
- Spotlight Vermont – R&D, AMI experience, perspective on advanced efficiency, and contributions to innovation in M&V
- Provide updates on M&V2.0 Pilots (C&I early results; residential updates)
- Kickoff: designing guidance for the new landscape
