Meredith Elbaum from U.S. Green Building Council, MA Chapter will present on its new report, Zero Energy Buildings in Massachusetts: Saving Money from the Start. She will discuss the cost of zero energy buildings and present case studies of zero energy schools in the state of Massachusetts. Kate Crosby (Energy Manager) and JD Head (Director of School Operations) of the Acton-Boxborough Regional School District will also talk about the zero energy school project currently in the planning stages, highlighting challenges, lessons learned, and achievements thus far.
