Informed by both secondary research and in-depth interviews with experts, the report identifies a range of competencies required for impact evaluators; lists competencies for entry-level evaluator certification; and summarizes a roadmap (accompanying spreadsheet ) that addresses issues that must be addressed to develop certification.
