2:00 - 4:00 p.m. - Creating a Statewide Building Decarbonization Playbook
In this workshop, we will look at how states can make a playbook to accelerate building decarbonization and market transformation through a coordinated approach to policies, programs, and tracking. Federal funding will kickstart building decarbonization investment, and state energy and environmental offices must work in unison to implement these programs. NEEP and NESCAUM are coming together to create a playbook to help state energy and environmental offices plan for federal funding and future building decarbonization efforts. This session will introduce the Building Decarbonization Playbook and examine how state agencies can work together towards building decarbonization, in both the near- and long-term.
