Program
Day Zero - Tuesday, June 2
9:30 am - Green & Healthy Homes Initiative Baltimore Site Visit (registration required)
Green & Healthy Homes Initiative (GHHI) invites a small group of visitors to tour the site of a fully-electrified home in Northeast Baltimore. The home was served through GHHI's Whole House program leveraging state low-income energy efficiency programs with additional funds for health, safety, rehabilitation, and aging in place. The home was upgraded to a heat pump, heat pump water heater, and induction stove from gas appliances in the spring of 2023. Solar panels were installed in the fall of 2025. Since then, GHHI has maintained a relationship with the resident allowing us to share lessons learned from the service delivery and experience of the homeowner over multiple years.
GHHI will provide shuttle transportation from the Renaissance Hotel leaving at approximately 9:30 am and arriving at the site after a 30 minute drive. The shuttle will return all attendees to the Renaissance Hotel by 1:00 pm. Light lunch will be provided. Register here.
