Join Darren Port, NEEP's Building Energy Codes Manager, some very special speakers, and the Alliance to Save Energy for a Boston-based briefing. The event, titled The Bay State: Creating Resilient Communities through Energy Efficiency, will feature keynote remarks and a panel discussion focused on how Masachusetts and its communities have successfully leveraged energy efficiency to increase productivity and spur economic growth, modernize an aging energy system and improve resiliency during extreme weather events.

The purpose of the briefing is to educate and engage congressional staff and energy efficiency professionals on the work and progress being done in this area, while also discussing solutions and best practices that can help further advance energy efficiency in a modernizing energy system. A networking reception will follow the conversation.
